چکیده
Objective : to determine prognostic characteristics of the restoration swallowing function in patients with ischemic stroke (IS) various pathogenetic subtypes. Material and methods . The study included 110 (64 men 46 women aged 44–89 years) dysphagia acute period IS. SSS-TOAST criteria were used diagnose subtype, MASA scale was presence severity dysphagia. To predict probability switching self-feeding depending on dysphagia, a non-linear regression method using least squares method. Results. Patients cardioembolic subtype initially characterized by greater degree comparison atherothrombotic groups comparable (p<0.05). In IS, 21st day from 105 135 points lower than IS Conclusion. strokes are more severe initial worse prognosis for recovery compared strokes.
